Laut is a restaurant in Union Square that faces challenges with closing margins, since rent is extremely expensive and cost of labor is very high. The concept has been successful since the inception of the restaurant with many national media placements. With the introduction of many other competitors in the area within a similar niche, Laut faces challenges of wearing many hats and staying relevant to the current food scene in NYC.
We want to identify high ticket items through data analysis and implement these changes in the restaurant. We were also able to invite in local influencers and leverage them to increase revenues.
