For the Prebuilt Instagram Pages, final sale and ownership transfer of the online asset(s) Instagram page is complete once the full payment has been received. This is a completely irreversible ownership transfer and purchase agreement, for the security, wellbeing, and other benefits related to the Buyer. Any attempts at reversing this formal transaction is a legal breach of contract and can be grounds for prosecution in the jurisdiction of the Buyer. This also makes the Buyer legally liable (for the online asset(s) market value + an additional $7,500 USD in legal/administrative/opportunity cost fees) in small claims court, only if any attempt to break this Agreement is foreseen and/or committed. If you attempt to reverse this, you are in legal breach of contract. As such, there shall be no refunds in anyway or form at the final discretion of the Seller.
Thank you for stopping by.
